Hi! I’m Emily*, a poet & student at UC Berkeley. Poetry is how I capture my world! I want to preserve what’s inherently fleeting [friendships that burn and fade, playlists that mark whole eras, moments that seem mundane until they’re gone] by experimenting with form and music.

My work can be found in Gidra Magazine, Reeinervate, Crashtest, Foreedge Review, BARE, Caravan, and more. I’ve received the 2021 BARE Artist Fund, and the 2022 Dorothy Rosenberg Memorial Prize for Lyric.
